Meet the Jackson's!

I photographed this beautiful family Saturday. Aren't their kids soooo doggone adorable!? I thought so!

And I know if you're like me you're asking yourself, are those beautiful twin girls identical? (I'm sure mama gets asked this question ALLLL the time.) Mama says they're fraternal! I think they could easily pass for identical. I had a hard time telling them apart!

This was originally a test shot for the twin girls who were hesitant to walk down the road with just their sibblings...well walking with their mama did the trick and the next shot worked well! I liked this one so much, I added it too! Hope mama will like it as much as I do. Love her little red lolli!

What a FUN Family!

Meet the McCurdy family. They're great friends of mine and I had so much fun spending time with them and photographing them. Their daughter is one of the most BEAUTIFUL little girls I've ever seen, and I'm sure no one would argue with that! Not only is she beautiful, she's very good in front of the camera. She could be a little model for sure!

1 Year Old Full of Big Smiles!

You may recognise this little guy. I shot his newborn, six month, and now his one year photos! Although a lot has changed since he was born - he has more hair, he's grown bigger and taller, but a few things remain the same - he's still as handsome as can be and still has that sweet and contagious smile! Watch out mom and dad, the girls will be breaking down your door someday!! But I'm sure you already knew that! ;-) Not only is he adorable, he has the personality to go right along with it! His big brother was right along for a few shots and what a cutie he is as well as a GREAT help in making his little brother smile and giggle!

Phil and Malynda, it has been a great pleasure photographing your sweet lil' guy over his first year. Thanks so much for allowing me the opportunity!

Precious and SUPER adorable (almost) 1 Year Old!

This adorable little stinker is going to be turning ONE soon! So her parents wanted to do a shoot for her birthday party announcements!

Her mother does *amazing* crochet work. Notice all the hand crocheted hats, cocoons, etc on the babies. 99% of them are made by her!

Beautiful Little Karoline!

This little bundle was sooo good for her photo session! I've been fortunate to photograph such easy going and sleepy babies!

Meet 15 day old Karoline! She was one day over the 14 day newborn stage, but was still such a little peanut at just over 6 lbs!

A special THANKS to the parents for allowing me to photograph your sweet and beautiful little girl! CONGRATS again!

Newborn Workshop and One On One Photo Classes

I've had several photographers come to me asking how I pose and work with my newborns. Many have asked if I would do a workshop/class on newborn photography.

So, I'm in the process of arranging a newborn workshop. It will be a GREAT deal for the mother since she won't have a session fee or feel obligated to buy any of the images! It's a way for me to say THANKS for allowing me to use the newborn as a model for the class.

The class is limited to 3-4 people. I want to keep it small so everyone has a good chance to learn a lot and get some hands on posing. The class will last anywhere from 3-4 hours, maybe a little longer if necessary.

If you or someone you know is interested, please let me know. I have 1, possibly 2 more openings and the class is scheduled for the Saturday, the 20th of March. The cost for this workshop for the students is just $50!

I'm also doing offering on one photography classes on Fridays. Cost is just $25 and the sessions last an 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
